    Hi i try to set up the application using uzsername and password and always get the

    “Please Verify your Zohodesk Credentials.” message

    Needles to say i have tried multiple times and tripple checked password

    Any known issues lite this

    Along with the username and password, please give the department name and portal name in your CRM configuration page before making the integration. Doing this will help you to complete the configuration without any problem.
