Can't connect websites anymore

  • Hello,

    I’m using InfiniteWP for pretty some time now, and am very happy with it, but somehow lately it doesn’t connect to many of my websites. I maintain client websites with IWP and now only 20 out of 64 websites are connected. I tried deactivating, activating and adding a website to IWP, even deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. This doesn’t work though. Also refreshing with clear cache doesn’t work nor does reloading the entire app..

    I hope someone can help me out with this. It’s not that IWP is suddenly limited to only 20 websites is it?

  • Did you have any security plugin activated (ex: better wp security, etc)? Try deactivating the security plugin in your site.

    I had a similar problem earlier. I tweaked my security plugin settings to make it work.

    Thanks for your reply! The problem is solved with the great help from the InfiniteWP team. I had to install another version of the IWP client on the sites that wouldn’t connect and then retry. That solved this problem.
    I’m sorry for not mentioning this earlier.
