• Hello,

I got this error message after I tried to connect Events Manager with Zoom:
    {“status”:false,”errorCode”:4700,”errorMessage”:”Invalid redirect ..
I checked the OAuth redirect url – it’s right.

    What can be the problem?

    Thanks
    Lisa

    Hi,

“Message”:”Invalid redirect ..” is pretty clear on the problem. I’d triple check your redirection, and check against our docs to make sure you’re adding it to the right places.

    Hi Marcus,

    thanks for your reply!
Of course I triple checked the link three times ??
The link was right. I hadn’t filled in the URL to the whitelist box in Zoom.
After doing this the redirection worked.
BUT: the connection still isn’t possible in WordPress. The plugin tries to connect with my Zoom account, also the OAuth App was installed in the second administrators Zoom.
Even when I’m logged out and the second Administrator is trying to connect to the Zoom App it’s not working ..
    Any idea?

    Thanks!

After repeating the same over and over again it finally managed to connect to the wanted Zoom Account. But still the installation doesn’t work.
At least I got a new Error message: There was an error connecting to Zoom: No State Provided
I deactivated the Theme and all the plugins, but this didn`t help.
    What can I do now?
