    Hello,

I am trying to connect my Woocommerce to Mailchimp but unfortunately its stuck at “Waiting For Connection” in Mailchimp and “Connection In Progress” in my wordpress admin panel.

If I refresh the wordpress page, It asks me to “Connect your store to Mailchimp”. Again I can try to connect and login to my mailchimp account but still no connection.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @overdriver, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – Are there any log errors in the plugin’s logs tab for the most recent day (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

    Hi @khungate
I’m having the exact same issue.
My mailchimp used to be connected to my shopify store. I then sussessfully synced with the staging Woocommerce website (which I’ve since disconnected) but now really struggling to connect to the live site.

Here’s the details as per your request to Overdriver:

    Plugin 2.3.4
    WordPress 5.3.2 running Astra theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.1.33
no logs as it just keeps trying to connect
    caching plugins installed but deactivated

    thanks

Issue fixed – plugin conflict with Redis caching plugin

Thanks for the info. @overdriver, do you happen to see any fatal logs in the Woo -> Status -> Logs -> click the drop-down and look for a fatal log. If there is something, please post for our review.

Lastly, have you tried another browser?

@overdriver seems like we might be getting stuck trying to migrate old data into the new table structure. Sorry to ask again – but you’re 100% certain there’s nothing in the most recent woo fatal error logs?

This sounds like something isn’t fully working. You may need to clear the old jobs table in order to get past this step, and just simply run a re-sync.

Can you please take a look at your jobs table and if it has a lot of data in it, please just delete all the data in that table and then give the plugin another attempt.

We’ll look out for your response here.

@overdriver we’ve updated the plugin to version 2.3.5 this morning. Please update the plugin and then continue the install. If you need to uninstall and reinstall to get a fresh slate, that might be a good idea to do since you’ve not been able to get things set up yet.

Hi @overdriver, we’re going to close out this ticket for now since the problem you were experiencing should’ve been patched in v2.3.5 released last week.

Please let us know if you still need any help and we’ll be glad to reopen and troubleshoot further. Please note, the best way to reach us is over at the GitHub plugin page. From there, you can receive direct responses from the development team, log new issues, download the latest version and track existing support tickets.
