• Whenever I try to write to the support service for an incident, I get a message saying: An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.

    I have the Sense and Sensei Pro Plugin which includes support. I’ve been trying to contact one day but it’s impossible.

    I’m very sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to contact support. Would you mind specifying which URL you’re on for contacting support?

    We have two Contact forms:

    If you haven’t tried either of the above forms, please try using that contact form.

    If that still doesn’t work, would you mind sharing the URL of your Sensei site where you have the license activated, so we can track down your account and reach out to you? Thanks,

    Hello Irene,

    Apologies for the issues with the contact form. We were able to reproduce the problem, which was only occurring when trying to contact us using the Spanish version of the form, not the English one. We have fixed the issue and you should be able to submit the form now. Thx!
