Can't control image size. Image src generates only tiny thumbnails.

Hi, first of all, thank you for this plugin! It has been a tremendous tool until I encountered this bug today.
In the plugin settings, I designated 600px width and no cropping for all images. I’ve also indicated width:600px for image style. However, the images show up as small, square thumbnails. I noticed that the image src generated for each image now says “144px-o” (see below) instead of “144px-c”. How do I force the plugin to generate the image src with the “c” instead of the “o”, which it did in the past and which solves the problem.
