Can’t set 0 donation in cart anymore.

It was working fine for months, but now, when adding the product with default donation abount, You can’t reset amount to $0 in cart. You can only can lower to $1, not $0. Adding from the product page with $0 results in default amount of $10 in the shopping cart. Adding with other amounts show correct amounts. Please advise. It was working fine before and 0 was allowed.
