Cant copy site

Hi, I want to duplicate a site and when I do it on the duplicate screen, the screen becomes blank. When I go to my sites screen I see the new site without user details and when I go to the site it takes me to the main site. I also dont see the new site on the top menu (my sites drop down). Its like the new site was not really created.

Please help!
