Can't create a 100% width menu and borders should be individual

I am unable to create a menu that is 100% the width of the content with items evenly spaced. Panel Width does nothing.
The border color feature is nice but it’s not possible to control individual menu items so you can’t create a thick outside border with thin borders between each item.
As one of the negative comments says indivdual styles all must have !important on them to work.
Otherwise a good plugin.
