Can’t create a border around a column block

  • I need to add a border around a column block that I have set up as a reusable block. All the various pages and videos I have found for how to do it require finding and clicking on “Border” somewhere under the controls for text and background color. But there is no such control on my site. I am using the most up-to-date WordPress. The theme is Impreza, although it certainly seems that with the latest Gutenberg editor, the theme shouldn’t matter.

    But first, can you please specify what block you’re trying to add a border to? Perhaps a screenshot would suffice.

    Also, can you please confirm if this is the page where the block is placed?
