Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We’ll need some more information to be able to help resolve this, so could you send us a support request here and include the System Info from the plugin? You can obtain the System Info with these steps:
1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
5. For issues with a specific feed, you can also under Export Settings select the feed and click Export. You can then attach the generated .json file to your reply.
