Can’t create a newsletter

When creating a new newsletter, I can add a title, but then in the next step, editing text does not work. If I save the newsletter, it does appear in the list. However, if I want to edit it, it is empty, as if I’ve never added pictures, a text, changed fonts, etc. If I try to delete from the list, I’m getting this message: “You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server,” although I am logged in.
Very sad. Seems it happened after the latest version 2.7.7 was installed. Before that there were no problems.
Any solutions?
