can’t create a site within a network

  • WP Multi-Network Version 1.8.1

    I’ve enabled WordPress Multisite (subdomains) on https://www.example.com, and enabled WP Multi-Network.

    I’ve created a network @ s.example.com.

    How do I create a subsite in that network, e.g. s.example.com/subsite?
