    Hi there,

We’ve seen one other report of this and alerted our developers. Thanks for reaching out to let us know!

Please log out of WooCommerce.com or access https://woocommerce.com/contact-us from an incognito window.

Select “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.” then “Need something else? Contact us!” Use the email linked to your WooCommerce.com account in the form. If your WooCommerce.com account is not a collaborator on your client’s account, please make sure to mention their email or order number.

Please mention this forum thread and I can take care of getting your ticket to the correct support ASAP.

Thanks for sending that in! I’ve resolved the issue with that account’s support form not showing, so you should be able to create tickets without an issue in the future.
We’re looking into your question about Advanced Notifications further, and one of my colleagues has replied to your ticket. I’ll mark this thread as resolved, as it’s unrelated to a Core WooCommerce question.
