• Dear Pods Team,

I greatly appreciate the amount of work put into your plugin. Advanced post types stored in separate tables are over the top of what most plugins can provide. I also successfully extended field types with required for me duration field with some minor caveats but as either way, I have to write custom logic to display it I can fix issues there (like null values are converted to 0 during save or ui->display returns empty value for 0 but value 0 from row_values still wins).

I write to you to report a problem with saving any POD (even with only one new field added) stored as advanced custom post type (separate table) with WYSIWYG field. Placing only “??” in the content (emoji character) results in an error during save and the object (row in the table) is not created (for new objects) or not updated at all (when updating existing object). For custom post types based on meta fields (generic WordPress tables) placing such content in the field works correctly.
