Can’t Create Archive Templates

    I get the following error message when I try to crate archive or product archive template pages:

    Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.
You must call 'the_content‘ function in the current template,
in order for Elementor to work on this page.

    I went through ALL the suggestions for fixing this. I still get the same error. I am not getting straight answers from Elementor. They can’t identify the plugin causing the problem. None of my other plugins have this problem, only Elementor.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I am not getting the support I need to fix this problem. This is the second time I have gone to the developer with not fixes and no answers. They keep blaming plugins from other developers for their software not working. They can’t tell me which plugin, but it is definitely not Elementor’s plugins.

    However, they do keep demanding that I give them administrator access to my website which will never happen for security and legal reasons (CPAA).

    So yes. I do need support from this forum.
