can't create columns

  • Hi,

    I can’t create columns under 3.9.1. The “column” in the editor does not work.

    What I see under Visual
    [columns] [span4]step 1 go to school[/span4][span4]step 2 read a book[/span4][span4]step 3 take an exam[/span4][/columns]

    What is under text
    [columns] [span4]step 1 go to school[/span4][span4]step 2 read a book[/span4][span4]step 3 take an exam[/span4][/columns]

    I see three rows, not columns.

  • The shortcode for column comes through theme or plugin. If it is coded in the theme, please make sure your theme is compatible with WP 3.9.1. If you have a plugin for it, please make sure it is compatible / updated. you can also try another shortcode plugin to create columns.
