Can't create depot map since WP 3.9

  • Hi,
    Since WP 3.9 the admin section shows in red and I get error messages everywhere about not beeing able to creat depot map.

    Kan de gebruikers depot map niet aanmaken Vraag uw administrator u meer rechten te geven, of maak C:/domains/chantastisch.nl/wwwroot/C:\domains\chantastisch.nl\wwwroot/wp-content/wppa-depot/chananja handmatig aan met een FTP programma.

    Translated: Can not create user depot map. Ask adinistrator to give you more rights or create C:/domains/chantastisch.nl/wwwroot/C:\domains\chantastisch.nl\wwwroot/wp-content/wppa-depot/chananja manually using a fp program.

    Point is, the map is there… Tried removing it, error remains, recreated it, error remains…

    At this point pictures can not be uploaded and messages can not be modified.

    Help!
