    I choose “add new” for a new feed. I enter certain info, after having already gone through the token process to be authorized, then I click apply. Then I click save. But I don’t see any feeds to publish after having done this. Not even if I search for a feed. I’ve tried to repeat the process, then clicking save and apply. Same result. Please advise. Using OceanWP theme on WordPress 5.5.1

    Thank you for your reply. I just installed it, so I’d imagine it’s the latest version. And my WP server doesn’t detect an update for it. But the version I see is: Version 1.1.29
    Please advise.

    I’d like to use this product, after paying for it of course. But this isn’t looking very promising.

    This is exactly what I encounter at the moment!

    I have version 1.1.29 and WP is up to date. I was able to login with access token and so on. But now when I create a new feed I can hit Save, but no feed will appear in my feedlist.

    Can somebody help me?

    Hi,

    Please note that you should be creator and admin of the page which you want to display.

    Could you also please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    Go to Facebook?Feed WD and press?Uninstall.
    Navigate to?Plugins?page and delete Facebook Feed WD
    Reinstall and actvate it.

    Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

    Thank you Kima. Those instructions worked for me. Now I can create a feed. I didn’t realize that I had to “uninstall” before deleting the plugin if I wanted a totally clean reset of the plugin. That also solved a problem I had where the feed was not being updated from an installation I had done two years earlier.
