Can’t create feed on more than one site in multi-site woo

I have purchased elite and set up the feed successfully on the UK version of the site but I also have a French and German version running in multisite on woocommerce. When I go to the French site and choose create feed the country dropdown and channel drop down are empty. When I try to save and continue it gives the following error:
