can’t create form and add field

    Hello,

    I was using the plugin before and had added a form with two fields. Now I can’t add fields or edit the current one. When I try to do so, I get a message saying “message 4” and taht is it. I would appreciate if you help

    Hello misik01,

    Try deleting the existing forms, then deleting the plugin and reinstalling it.
