Cant create label

    Hi,
    I have small problem with plugin, when im making order it works fine, but on admin side i can’t generate label in order, Im getting an information:
    Could not create label – The user of the web service could not be authenticated.

  • Hi,
    have you already tried the “test connection” button with a positive result? If so, your account details should be right. In this case please try to create the label in a few hours again. It should work then.

    ok, we are sorry to hear that. Please provide our EKP (DHL customer number) and your user name of the developer portal in the e-mail so we can check the error on our side.

    do you have an account at “Gesch?ftskundenportal”?
    If yes, be sure your account does not include special characters like “-” or something else.

    Please try again if you have changed the account name.

    My account name is without whitespaces and special characters. ??

    And you can access “Gesch?ftskundenportal” with this account?
