Can't create links in 3.2.1

    Since upgrading to WordPress 3.2.1, I can’t create links using the Visual Editor or hardcoded in HTML. The pop-up box to create a link shows up as normal, but once I input a URL, the selected text doesn’t reflect a link like it should. Doing the same in HTML results in the identical outcome once I publish the post.

    I disabled all plugins and reactivated them one by one without any luck. Also manually upgraded WordPress and replaced the wp-includes and wp-admin directories.

    Any ideas?
