    Hello,

    Just installed the plugin but I don’t have “edit map” in “Map” area. I can’t create any map. I do all the configuration and put my Google API as well. Notice that I already use your plugin in another webiste.

    Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the plugin on your side.

    Based on the information you’ve shared, it sounds like the plugin installation did not complete as expected, and that the necessary database tables were not created.

    Can I ask you to navigate to Maps > Settings > Advanced Settings > Locate the section title “Data Management” > And click the button labelled “Complete Reset”.

    This will delete all data associated with the plugin and run the installation code once again to set up the required database structures.

    If this does not resolve the issue, I will need to ask that you open a direct support ticket with us on our website, so that we can discuss taking a closer look at your site.

    This is a systemic issue, not just a one off. Kind of disingenuous to label this as resolved when you just moved this persons thread to private support. it is not resolved.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this on your side. This thread was only marked as resolved once we assisted @jujutex with resolving the issue.

    In their case, the issue was environment specific, and as a result of a widespread issue within the core plugin.

    Instead, these kinds of issues may sometimes occur in edge-cases that we cannot account for without looking into it on a case-by-case basis. As we resolve issues we also improve the core code base to account for a wider set of environments.

    You are welcome to open your own support ticket on our website, and we’d be happy to assist you as well. We’d appreciate the opportunity to work with you in resolving any issues you are currently facing.
