Can't Create New Form in Gravity Forms when Activated

  • Hello,

    When Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On is activated, I’m unable to create new forms within Gravity Forms.

    I click to Add New form.
    I give the form a name.
    I click Create Form and the process never completes.

    If I deactivate Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On, then all works as it should.

    Using:
    WordPress 3.9
    Gravity Forms 1.8.7
    Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On 2.1.3

    The only other Gravity Forms plugin I have installed is the PayPal Payments Standard Add-On.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!
