Can’t create new templates after 14.2 update

Give 14.3 a shot.

I just tested it after updating deactivating/reactivating plugin. Still unable to create a new template. Using the default settings on template and trying to save the template as name “default” click on save as template button… returns to templates dashboard page and no template has been created. Have tried this about 20 times, same thing. Using latest version of WordPress, PHP 8.2, otherwise error free cPanel fast server, and Blocksy free theme. Happens in Firefox and Chrome browser. I had no problem creating new templates before the last round of updates pre 14.2 and WP core most recent update. Thanks

If you scroll down to the Create Slider option and check the One review on mobile option, does it save?

No. I tried both check and uncheck one review on mobile option and leave all other settings as default, and it does not save template either way.

Very strange. I’ve tested on two different sites now and it seems to be working fine. It sounds like the database table isn’t getting updated with the new version. I just pushed another version out. Can you try it. Also after the update, de-activate the new version and the re-activate it. That is should force a table update.

If that doesn’t work, can you use the contact form inside the plugin to provide more info?

Ok, will try latest version again. BTW I installed v14.1 and had no problem creating/editing/saving new templates, so looks like something up with v14.2 and v14.3… will keep you posted. Thanks

Ok, cool. Looks like v14.4 fixed the issue. Now can create/edit/save templates and the one review on mobile slider is working nicely. Thanks! Great plugin.
