Can’t Create posts or Upload Images

  • I have a long standing set of issues for over a year now;

    • Can’t create a new post as admin, I have the ‘Submit for Review’ button instead of ‘Post’
    • I also can’t see the text field to type in the post as well as upload media to the website.

      The issue seems to be with the database which I have tried fixing with little success, can anyone help out, will be happy to give access to the back end.
