can’t create product

  • I downloaded the plugin, integrated my production and test APIs and I discovered that in the list of plugin functions I don’t have the “product”, “new” product “,” orders “tabs … So I cannot create a product.

    Currently I have the tabs:
    – setting
    -add-on
    – coupons

    Nothing around the product!

    I looked in the doc and on the forum but not found anyone who would have had the same problem. It’s as if the plugin had not completely installed! Is this a conflict with other plugins? Bad installation? I do not understand.

    Ok.. I found it !
    It’s a conflict with user role editor.

    Hi Olivia.

    Indeed, access to some pages of the plugin is limited to admin and editor default roles. However, I believe you can let any user role to access products by giving them manage_options capability via User Role Editor plugin.

    Try this and let me know if it works.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I sent an email to the creator of User Profile Editor because the solution does not work … I sent him your suggestion and we’ll see!

    Until then I work by disconnecting URE to continue programming my payment methods … I do not lose my user role so I can continue while waiting for a solution!
