Can't customise heading

I’m trying to install Cloriato Lite, but my heading (Green smoothies to go) simply will not appear. Instead I’m stuck with the “Cloriato Lite” heading. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I like the design and the Theme describes itself as “super-easy to install” – am I doing something wrong? Or will I have to go back to the theme I was using before?
