Can’t Customize

Although the widget’s description notes “Don’t worry about customization, Freely customize colors, fonts, background color, etc.”, I can’t seem to customize my widget.

The Documentation shows a “Field” option under the “Customize” menu.

I don’t have that option; instead, I have a “V-Container” option.
