can’t customize

When I try to submit this to the Guten support
page I get “parse error.”

Meanwhile I can’t enter the Guten customizer.

I have upgraded to premium today and entered the
license key in the Guten theme page. It confirms
license active.

When in WordPress I select Appearance Customize ,
or when I click on the “customize” button in the
Gutenberg icon in WordPress themes, I get

and there is a red circle with a diagonal line thru it.

This does not happen when I active other plugins, such as twentytwenty.

The password provided in the Kaira email giving
username and password does not work. My wp-admin
password does not work. My cpanel password does
not work. I have password protected two wordpress
pages and that password does not work.

This happens in Chrome and Bing, Windows 10.

I will consider creating a temporary login if needed.

How do I get into the customizer?
