Can't Customize Footer and Images All Enlarged!

I was able to set up the slider and customize fonts and clors with SG Window. I installed SG Window Pro. Even with that, I have been 100% UNABLE to customize the footer and add my copyright notice! I have tried to do that repeatedly in the customizer last night. It kept resetting to default. Then I tried to remove the code in the Header Theme Functions php code for the WordPress and theme copyright notice. My WHOLE site crashed and I had to seek web host help to get it back up. Just now, I tried to add my copyright notice in the Customizer. All to no avail. Now my website has NO notice of any kind and I can’t add any! ??

Also, my images are ALL enlarged to an abnormal degree. I did NOT have this issue yesterday. I can add no widgets to my sidebars.
