Can’t customize header

  • Hi all, hope someone can help me.
    I need to change the image header on my website but when i go to appearance > customize all i got is a blank page.. no menus, no preview, just the caption “You are customizing NAME” and nothing else.
    I saw in some tutorials that page should be filled with options…
    Is there another path to customize the header? (this website was done by someone else few years ago so i’m pretty clueless).

  • Hi, plomo7, please try using the “Health Check” plugin to diagnose the issue: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/.

    In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme wasn’t changed.

    In this case, please try deactivating plugins to determine if plugins are causing your issue.
