Can’t Deactivate Fully

    Tried to deactivate plugin. Seemed to half deactivate erasing events but plugin was still active and will not deactivate or delete.

    Is it that you want to uninstall the plugin fully or are you trying to do something else, can you clarify, please?

    Can you check any caching plugins that you might have active and try clearing the cache and seeing if that helps, please?
