    Sorry for being late,
    1. I deleted Jetpack folder from FTP
    2. Downloaded Jetpack 2.4 and uploaded from FTP
    3. Deactivated Widget Visibility Module
    4. Result: Problem not solved

Deactivating plugins one at a time did not solve this either.

    If this is helpful,
    1. I’m on Apache
    2. Other plugins installed on my site are: Akismet, Captcha, Cimy User Extra Fields, Analytics for WordPress, XML Sitemaps, Limit Login Attempts, nRelate, WordPress.com Popular Posts, WordPress Ping Optimizer, WordPress SEO, WP-Insert, WP-Optimize, WP Minify, Smush.it and WP Super Cache.

Thought to mention this too but not sure whether it’s relevant.
    3. I’d edited my htaccess for Cache Control Header and Expires Caching recently

Also, after I deleted Jetpack via FTP, the widget section was okay.

Another problem here after fresh install of Jetpack via FTP.
    1. When I click on Dashboard > Home, I get this on the screen : Warning: require_once(/home/……./public_html/pakhribas/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/module-extras.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/……./public_html/pakhribas/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 444
Everything else is clickable except Home on Dashboard.
    2. Activated Widgets Module and clicked on Home: Same.

Okay, somehow the Warning has disappeared but the Widgets problem stays.

    Hi Wastabik,

Would it be possible to create an admin account for me to check out your site? if so, please contact us through our form:

    https://jetpack.me/contact-support/

    and include the login credentials.

If you’d rather not, could you upload your site’s php error logs somewhere, and send me the link, also through the contact form?

    Thanks.

    Hi all,

Can you please add this line to your wp-config.php file?

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

This should show errors on your widget page which will help us to troubleshoot this. This may also cause PHP error notices to appear on the front of your site, depending on your theme and plugins. Please make note of the errors (both on the widget page and on the front-end, if applicable), and then remove the line from your wp-config.php file.

Then, please contact us through our contact form here:

    https://jetpack.me/contact-support/

Include the error messages, a link to your site, and a link to this thread.

    Thank you very much!

I deleted Jetpack once again, re-installed from WordPress Dashboard, deactivated the Subscriptions module as suggested on Vishy’s thread and the widget page is WORKING!

Thanks everybody for all the help!

I had the same issue with 404 pages on the comments, and admin widget area not displaying correctly. I also could not deactivate Jetpack. What worked for me was deleting the folder in the plugins directory. I just left Jetpack off, don’t need it. This is about the 3rd time Jetpack has been the cause of a site error or conflict. Whats the deal Automatic? That was a rhetorical question BTW, no response needed.

Did you try deactivating all your plugins but jetpack and switch to the default the and see if that fixes it?
