I am unable to make a change to the wp-config.php file as I don’t have FTP access. Due to this, I cannot currently use this plug-in. But, it won’t let me finish set up and it won’t let me deactivate the plug-in until I can resolve the issue.

    Hi @maniacmedia,

You can deactivate the plugin anytime from the admin dashboard for debugging purposes.

Can you please elaborate a bit on the exact issue that you are facing? Were you not able to setup 2-factor authentication? Were you facing any issues with the WordPress login with 2-factor authentication?

You can also email us at [email protected] and we can setup a quick screen share session to sort this out.

    Thanks.

I had tried setting up another plugin. It did not work, so I had to have the wp-config file edited by a third party as I don’t have direct FTP access. Until I can get that edit reversed, I am apparently unable to use any two factor plugin.

I cannot deactivate the miniOrange plugin using any method. Nor can I delete the plugin from the admin dashboard.

I have successfully set up your plugin on another site and was happy with the interface. But the inability to have control over the plugin is quickly changing my mind.
