I have been trying this plugin but wasn’t happy with the delay it was causing loading pages and the constant windows requesting feedback non-stop. However, when I try to deactivate it, my entire site fails with errors such as ‘cannot find save handler memcache’….’cannot modify header information – headers already sent…’ My page isn’t public yet so I’m hoping you can suggest whats going on?!

Thanks for your question. It sounds like there are other issues on your site. If you de-activate our plugin, then it will not leave any traces, and your site will work again as if you had never installed it. Please also clear cache, to make sure it is not a cache issue.

Have cleared cache and deactivated all other plugins. For some reason, the errors only go away when I reactivate your plugin.

Ok, then most likely the reason is the following: the errors you see are caused by something else (not our plugin), however when you switch on our plugin the errors disappear because we disabled error reporting (as it caused too many non-relevant errors to show). Please check in your website’s wordpress configuration file if error reporting is on. Or, analyze the errors to see from which plugin or theme they are coming.
