    Installed the pop-up on my website it’s not what I want and I am unable to deactivate it.

    How do I remove it?

    Dear @mari-lyn,

    Thank you for your topic.

    You need to go to the Plugins page, which is on your WordPress dashboard.
    Then, click on the Deactivate button under the Popup Box plugin.

    See the screenshot below:

    After that, the popup would appear with 2 options: Upgrade and Deactivate.
    Choose “Deactivate“. Please note, that, in this case, all the data related to the plugin will be removed.

    Still will not deactivate. it’s not clickable

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    It seems that the issue you’re experiencing might be due to a conflict with another plugin on your site.

    To help resolve this, please try checking the Popup Box to make sure it’s selected.
    Then, try deactivating it using the Bulk Action feature.

    Alternatively, you can log in to cPanel and go to File Manager.
    Navigate to /wp-content/plugins and delete the ays-popup-box folder.

    Once you’ve completed these steps, please let us know if the issue is resolved.

    If the issue persists, please open your console (F12 > Console > Errors), take a screenshot of the error messages and send them to us, so we can investigate your case further.
