If you cannot deactivate the plugin, you should try deactivating others before you deactivate ours to see if there is a conflict. That is generally the issue.
You can also always go into your site through SFTP or FTP via your host and rename the folder, “radio-station+” to disable the plugin.
Alternatively, you can always try WP-CLI command for disable a plugin to see if that works first.
But usually it’s a conflict between two plugins and until you wade through and disable some and test, we can’t be sure what your issue actually is.
If you do have an error log that you can share, we can look at that and asses.
