Can’t deactivate this plugin

  • Wanted to check out this plugin – it’s not quite what I want – when I try to deactivate it – it comes up with a box asking why – I put in why and click submit and deactivate – nothing happens – I’d like this gone it’s showing ugly code on my websites main page that I didn’t put there.

    Hi Tammy,

    I think this is a cache issue as I have just checked your site and there is no “ugly code” nor the existence of the plugin itself.

    Also, I was able to deactivate and delete the plugin from my demo site without any issue.

    Could you provide a screenshot of this “ugly code” ?

    Actually I found your hidden skip and deactivate – which actually allowed me to deactivate and later delete your plugin – and it removed the code that was on my main page as well
