Can’t delete

  • Still can’t delete this plugin without a ‘fatal error’ coming up want to get rid of it but can’t and I’m not computer savvy enough to delete via ftp how to I get rid of this thing?

    This is the message I get Deletion failed: There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. I’ve tried updating the old version but I still get this error.
