Can’t Delete A Subscriber

Hi,

I can’t seem to delete a specific subscriber, one who has entered their name and email address 2x. I can (and have) already deleted some other seemingly spammy sign-ups, but this one won’t allow deletion.

I wonder if it’s because they’ve added this after their name – \’
Example: Joe Customer\’

I click on the “x” to delete, but nothing happens. I’m mainly trying to avoid a fishy signup to my list. Any ideas on how to get this user off my list?
