Can’t Delete After Clicking Pop-Up Alert

I know this is a long shot but…

Every time I tried to delete a section, I’d get a popup to confirm that I wanted to let WPBakery direct me away from the page (or something similar) and I thought that by clicking “don’t show again” it would just let me delete things without the annoying pop-up every time, but apparently that was wrong and now I can’t delete anything at all! And the pop-up is gone, since I told it not to show it anymore, so I don’t even remember exactly what it said to start troubleshooting… do you happen to have a solution? I’m stuck! thank you!
