Can’t delete because plugin in use

    Heya, when I try to delete the plugin, I see an error message:

    Du kannst ein Plugin nicht l?schen, so lange es noch auf der Haupt-Website aktiv ist.

    Even though I deactivated it, it seems still to be active and can’t be deleted – what can I do now?

    Hi @micha112

    We have not had any similar reports for this plugin, are you using a multisite setup?

    If yes you should each subsite to make sure its not activated on any of them otherwise you will not be able to remove it.

    Hey, thanks for your fast reply. It’s a normal site and I have never experienced problems like this. I could delete the plugin from db and via ftp, but I don’t know which settings it made to turn off the xml-rpc-api. Is it easy to undo the changes manually?

    The database settings are not important, you can just remove the plugin folder and if your server supports httaccess you should remove BEGIN WPSG-XML-RPC and END DS-XML-RPC-API codes from httaccess.

    Other than you should be good.
