Can’t delete custom icons and can’t insert new ones

    The case looks like that in the options number 1 you can add custom icons. And i added one which were not matched graphically. I unchecked it and it noting changed. The custom icon is still there. When i add second custom icon … it is copied from icon one. I can not set a new icon.

    Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    See on screenshot that i have “3 MI” custom icons but NEVER checked to add 3 icons. Im adding one at time and they they copy and add. When i click on them it dit nothing

    If you deactivate our plugin, are the icons gone then?

    No. I tried many things to change these icons and and in the late night i had 7 wrong icons when i checkec only one custom icon! Ive changed settings, i have disabled your plugin and even i deleted it and installed new. Nothing helps. And i got angry and changed the plugin for another, but I’d like to get back to yours if it will be working

    If you have CloudFlare enabled for your site, please delete its caching modules each time you make a change in the plugin.

    If the plugin is deactivated but the icons are still there on your site, this points to what I wrote above.

    Please make sure to delete all your website caches then add one custom icon at a time.

    Do you have any caching plugin installed?

    If so, deactivate it temporarily.

    Check that please.

    As you can see i deleted custom 1. Uploaded new and they’re now 9 in row

    We tried to reproduce it on our end but couldn’t see the same issue.

    This indicates that our plugin is in conflict with your website or with another plugin which you have installed.

    We suggest reaching out to your theme creator or ask somebody with coding knowledge to help you.
