Cant delete original version. Updated version not showing as product image

    Firstly we love this plugin as it was saving us a ton of time. But now we have an issue. We can’t delete the original version of the image and it shows up on the single product page.
    We get an error message saying “Attachment could not be deleted”. We can upload the image and it appears edited by the plugin but the old image appears on the product page. The uploaded image has -1 next to the name which shows that the original is still there somewhere.
    Things we have tried that didn’t help:-
    1.debug log didnt show anything.
    2.deactivated all plugins apart from this and WooCommerce.
    3.other theme
    Please can you help?

    Hi @jen000

    The original image is used to display the full size image in the product lightbox and regenerate thumbnails when needed so it’s not advised to deleted it.

    We get an error message saying “Attachment could not be deleted”.

    This is likely the image is still referenced in the database, have you tried with all plugins deactivated?
