  • That is odd… Do you happen to have a cache plugin installed? You may try to logout and in again and clear your browsers cache… The chrome console (right click + inspect) may also show some errors when you click the buttons which can be a conflict with another plugin possibly…

    Hi Cory,

I don’t have a cache plugin, the page is cached automatically from my hoster, I tried to clear the cache and nothing changed.
I inspected the click and I got the below massage
    _______________________________________________________
    load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.4.2:5 POST https://www.???????.???/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 400 (Bad Request)
    send @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.4.2:5
    m.extend.ajax @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.4.2:5
    Duplicator.Pack.Delete @ admin.php?page=duplicator:726
    onclick @ admin.php?page=duplicator:622
    _______________________________________________________

Are there some known plugin with incompatibility with Duplicator?

That is part of the WordPress Core. The “???” are definitely incorrect. If you google “400 (Bad Request) load-scripts.php wordpress” you can see allot of threads about the issue.

Allot of them look related to the .htaccess file. You might try and resave your permalinks to see if that updates it for you…
