Hey Opa,

Really weird thing. I went to delete a photo from an album and WPPA told me I didn’t have the rights to do so. I haven’t deleted anything in a LONG time and know I was able to do it before but I don’t know what happened.

I’m the Admin, I upload as the Admin and the albums and photos are all mine. I checked the settings in Advanced, Admin (see link for screenshot)

Do you know what I might have adjusted incorrectly to cause this?

Quick Update – I was able to “schedule” the photo to be deleted via WPPA’s schedule services in the Album admin. I still can’t seem to directly delete photos though.

Yeah, I did a recheck of the version. I’m using rev 8.0.10.006. Just to be safe I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it via WordPress. Still can’t delete an individual image via the Album Admin area. I get this message (see image)

Remark: You do not have the rights to delete a photo

I am the Admin and sole uploader of photos.

Found. Same story: re-install a fresh download
OR
Temporarely untick Basic settings -> Links -> I -> Item 6: Refuse unencrypted

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! OK OK!!!! Got it, it was the encrypted/unencrypted settings on my album links!

I’ll try… Basic settings -> Links -> I -> Item 6: Refuse unencrypted
