Can’t Delete Posts

    I’ve read the other related topics and none of the solutions have worked.

    I have a brand new wordpress install using the default theme. I can write posts, but when I delete one and navigate away from the “Manage > Posts” page, upon returning, the post is back.

    The same goes for comments. I can’t delete those either. It looks like I delete them, but when I navigate away and return, they are back.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    I think there was something wrong with the installation, but I’m not sure what.

    The problem was resolved by creating a new database, deleting the old installation, and uploading a new one.
