• Hello,
    I’ve upgraded all plugins, theme and WordPress and now, items on cart can’t be more than one and also can’t be deleted.

    I’ve installed latest versions of everything.

    Any ideas? I’ve tried also to remove the theme and install it again, still not working. I have done this also with Woocommerce plugin.

    I’m completely lost and don’t know what else to try.

    Hi Kevin, thanks for your interest.

    Is in spanish, you can go to books section:

    https://www.agustinaguerrero.com/categoria/libros/

    and add one first pressing the button “A?adir al carrito”, you will see that is added, later yo can add another and you will see that there is no response.

    You can try to delete also the item there.

    I just tested on my demo site and am not experiencing this issue. The first place to start looking is your active plugins. Go through and deactivate them one by one, and see if the issue goes away with a certain plugin turned off.

    Let me know if you’re able to find any.

    Hello,

    I’ve tested this before, but I repeated again: with just the plugin WooCommerce activated, the issue still there.

    I left activated the Security plugin, but you can see how it works.

    Also what I did is to reinstall WooCommerce files, but didn’t work as you may suppose.

    More ideas?

    Hey,
    Seems like there is an issue with sessions on your server.

    Can you activate another theme (twenty seventeen for example) and see if this still happens. That would clear up that your server isn’t interacting well with woocommerce.

    Can you go to woocommerce > system status and tell me about your wordpress and server environment?
